Check it out in full above, then have a peek at the newest poster for Stranger Things season 3 below. An image featuring July 4th fireworks, the show's heroes, and the same tagline as the teaser suggests the action will indeed take place on Independence Day in 1985. The date was confirmed January 1 with an Independence Day-themed poster showing Eleven (played by Millie Bobby Brown) holding hands with Mike (Finn Wolfhard) as other characters admire fireworks bursting in the distance. What could that mean for our returning cast that includes Millie Bobby Brown, David Harbour, Winona Ryder, Finn Wolfhard, Gaten Mattarazzo, Caleb McLaughlin, Natalie Dyer, Charlie Heaton, Noah Schnapp, Sadie Sink?
"One summer can change everything", the screen eventually reads. The poster shows Dustin, Max, and Lucas ogling at fireworks in the sky, while Mike stares at Eleven, who is distracted by something ominous and out of frame.
Fans are already going wild over the teaser, with many complaining that they simply can't wait seven months until the new series.
