"She says it was known that Judge, Kavanaugh, and others would spike the punch at these parties with grain alcohol or drugs in order to make girls inebriated, and that the boys, including Kavanaugh, would "'target' particular girls so they could be taken advantage of; it was usually a girl that was especially vulnerable because she was alone at the party or shy". The behavior included grabbing girls and fondling them without their consent, she alleged. She says, among others, that Kavanaugh and Judge were present when she was gang raped.

Asked if he was undecided on supporting the judge, Rubio said, "Like anybody else, I am going to watch the hearing tomorrow", while also deferring questions about the appropriateness of a floor vote on Kavanaugh early next week. "I also witnessed Brett Kavanaugh behave as a "mean drunk" on many occasions at these parties".
