A birthday wish came true for 11-year-old Sofia Sanchez when Canadian rap star Drake visited her in Chicago as she was waiting for a heart transplant, the hospital said. She turned 11 on Saturday.

"You asked me to come, I'm here".

Not only did he call Sofia Sanchez his "love", but he wore the biggest grin on his face in every single shot these two snapped together at Lurie's Children's Hospital of Chicago.

Sofia has cardiomyopathy, which often can result in heart failure, and is waiting for a heart transplant in Lurie's Children's Hospital.

Lurie Children's staff posted a video of Sanchez completing the dance challenge on August 15, and in the caption asked Sofia's idol Drake to visit her for her birthday.

'Three weeks ago, she underwent open heart surgery in order to connect a VAD (ventricular assist device), which is a mechanical pump that helps support the heart and blood flow in people with heart failure, ' the facility said.

A heart transplant is often needed to survive, and Sofia is now on the waiting list.

It's unclear if KiKi loves Drake - but one thing's for sure. he definitely loved one little girl's "KiKi Challenge", 'cause he made a point to visit her in Chicago.

She even performed the "Kiki Dance Challenge" - the dance meme that uses Drake's song "In My Feelings" - from a wheelchair in the hope of catching his attention.

Lurie Children's Hospital captured the surprise in the featured video above, and Drake also shared photos to his Instagram of their meeting, with Sanchez rocking a Scorpion hat.
