The game will follow Jerome Jefferies, a Gulf War veteran turned priest who falls victim to the homicidal cult of his former friend, Joseph Seed. While the American public wrestles with the morality around allowing nearly unhindered gun sales, Far Cry 5 is racing towards release with a premise that feeds off of this. Asylum Entertainment is an award-winning documentary film and miniseries production company.
"When rumors of a fanatical cult in Hope County, Montana begin to swirl, three vloggers take it upon themselves to investigate what's really going on". As the vloggers follow the leads of missing locals and other odd events, they come face-to-face with cult leader, Joseph Seed, and the rest of the fanatical doomsday cult.
The short film, called Inside Eden's Gate, also features Kyle Gallner, who has appeared in American Sniper and CBGB.
