We're wrecking the dating game and giving like-minded Americans a chance to meet without the awkwardness that comes with the first conversation about politics.

Furthermore, Riddleberger and his wife are avid supporters of the Conservatives for Guilford County group. Even if thousands flock to these Trump dating websites, they might become the objects of ridicule, as internet trolls can flood the site with fake profiles and fool other users with pro-Trump slogans and images of attractive people.

But there is a small warning before joining the site as it says that only straight men or straight women can sign up.

With the slogan "Making Dating Great Again", Trump.Dating made quite a splash this week-especially because it prohibited gay and lesbian members but invited hetersexuals users to select "in an open relationship" or "unhappily married" as their relationship status.

But who knows? Either way, one thing is clear: if you're a Trump supporter looking for love, maybe just use a normal dating site.

The site caused backlash on social media by excluding non-straight people who are looking for love - but it's the latest in a line of sites targeting conservatives.

WRAL News would not agree to that.

WRAL News reported that Mr. Riddleberger's state records show he was charged in 1995 for videotaping himself having sex with a 15-year-old girl.

The Riddlebergers acknowledged the conviction in 2011 when family friend Jeff Hyde was running for political office in North Carolina. He and his wife of 22 years are no longer featured on the page.

And when probed about his child abuse conviction he insisted: 'I've already paid my debt for something I did 25 years ago'. Many people raised questions about the site not allowing LGBTQ people to join, but seemingly enabling some to commit infidelity. Attempts to locate him Monday were not successful.

The site is part of chain of dating sites tied to Friends Worldwide, which owns an entity called WhiteBoxDating.

According to the dating site, romance seekers are required to pay $24.99 for a month membership or $101.94 for a six month membership.
