LaVar Ball has pulled his son LiAngelo Ball out of UCLA, ESPN has learned.

"We are exploring other options with 'Gelo", said LaVar, according to Jeff Goodman of ESPN. "He's out of there".

The team responded to the incident by suspending Ball and the two other players who were arrested, Cody Riley and Jalen Hill, on an indefinite basis.

Oldest son Lonzo is a rookie with the Lakers after playing one successful season at UCLA. "So basically they're in jail here".

LiAngelo was a freshman and never actually played a game for the team.

"He's not transferring to another school", he told ESPN.

It appears the main one of those options is to prepare the player for June's National Basketball Association draft.

LaVar Ball Removes LiAngelo from UCLA

LaVar Ball has reportedly removed his son, LiAngelo Ball, from UCLA.

"I'm going to make him way better for the draft than UCLA ever could have", he said.

LiAngelo Ball's outspoken father, Lavar Ball, told ESPN he chose to pull his son out of UCLA. "They didn't tell me anything, so why am I gonna tell them".

It's unclear what the future of LiAngelo Ball will be after leaving the UCLA Bruins, but a quote from LaVar Ball in a June interview with GQ might provide an indication.

The three players have remained indefinitely suspended by the program.

The elder Ball says he hasn't spoken to the school about withdrawing his son. The youngest Ball, LaMelo, probably won't be eligible for NCAA given that he already has his own signature shoe.
