A screen grab from security camera footage shows the moment a BMW vehicle slams into the ground just missing an SUV after falling seven floors from a parking garage. APD said the lady's BMW experienced the maintenance wires on the seventh floor of the Littlefield parking structure and hit the working over the rear way as it fell, cracking a gas line. The video also shows the near miss of another driver being crushed and the rush to save the woman inside were all caught on camera.
Authorities said the unnamed woman did not appear to be intoxicated and was sent to a local medical centre to be treated for potentially serious injuries.
This isn't the first time an incident like this happened in this same garage.
Police say the July 13 accident happened when a woman drove her vehicle through retention wires on the seventh floor, hit a building across the street and plunged to the alley below.
A similar incident occurred at the same garage in September 2016.More news: Roy's aunt: Give Michelle Carter 20 years

"Per our visit and observation on the cables on the ninth floor, it does not appear that the cables were replaced and are loose", city building official José Roig wrote to a Code Enforcement investigator in a July 20 email obtained through the Texas Public Information Act.
There was William Burch, the man whose SUV Bowman struck when her vehicle crashed into the ground.
Bowmer says the wires that serve as walls in the parking garage made her "freak out". They cited unsafe conditions with relation to the cable system.
Bowmer says she thought she was going to die.
Water-filled barriers have been put in place as temporary safeguards on all the floors while the property owner files an extension to redesign the whole cable system.
