Among all the other characters, the character of Sivagami portrayed by veteran actress Ramya Krishnan is something nobody can ever get over. However, what many may not know is that she wasn't the first choice for the role.

RGV started taking on Sridevi by tweeting, "If Sridevi did Bahubali2 she would have gotten more credit than Prabhas, it being her very next film after English Vinglish".

Ramya Krishna has done well in the role of Sivagami. Actor Sathyaraj, who continues to win applause for playing Kattappa, the loyal servant of Sivagami (Ramya Krishna) has now appeared in a new commercial for a popular textile brand. Hers was a bravura performance without a doubt! We all know how Sridevi looked in the role of an evil princess in hero Vijay's "Puli", that became a disaster at the box office, alas.

SS Rajamouli's magnum opus Baahubali 2 has achieved a rare feat as it has reportedly collected Rs 1,000 crore and created history at the box office. However, the actress demanded for a whopping 6 crores which resulted in the makers opting for Ramya who settled for 2.5 crores.

It would be more that interesting to watch how Ramya brings Jayalalithaa's character to life, if and when this film is made in the future.

Meanwhile, Kamaal R Khan (KRK) mocking Sridevi for rejecting Baahubali 2 said, " Sridevi was busy doing Maha flop film MOM where she kills Gundas who rape her daughter, like Raveena did in Maatr".
