Chelsea will have to fight for the win they need to secure the Premier League title at West Bromwich Albion on Friday as the West Midlands club are determined to finish the season on a high after a woeful run, midfielder Chris Brunt has said. Here's a look at how some of the Blues' key performers in the victory over Boro - namely Alonso, Azpilicueta and Pedro - reacted to the huge win on Twitter...

The Telegraph reported last month that West Brom were interested in the 24-year-old, who was recently rewarded for a fine debut Premier League campaign with a maiden call-up to Gareth Southgate's England squad. Conte has spent his time since the 3-0 drubbing of Middlesbrough trotting out his familiarly cautious mantra about hard work, fight and commitment still being needed to finish their efficient job.

The France global, who is set to win his second top-flight title in as many seasons in England, will be needed at West Brom where Chelsea have won just once in their last five visits. "They deserve to be where they are and have been most consistent team".

Conte, who afterwards admitted "now I'm a bit relaxed" after repeatedly focusing only on the next game, said: "Our worst moment was after the United defeat, because Tottenham won the game and to see your opponent only four points (behind) was very bad. We're in a great position now and if we were to throw it away we'd be devastated". "Hopefully on Friday we can have the title", he said.

"We mustn't forget we have to take three points in these three games and tomorrow we have the first opportunity to take three points".

"I don't think it's about my situation, I think it's about the football club and I think we all know that it's a Premier League football club in terms of everything about it, the supporters, the stadium, the training ground, the infrastructure is all there".

"Friday we have the first chance, but we must know to play against West Brom is not easy".

"At the start of the season it wasn't easy". We need to gain more points. Chelsea have been competing with local rivals Tottenham, but they now look nearly guarenteed to become champions once again.

Jose Mourinho was in charge two years ago and Cahill, whose form has improved markedly under Conte, says the experience of becoming champions then has helped. Then Chelsea in 10th, this is another big, big step for me.
